I was born and raised in The Bronx, NYC with my Afro-Caribbean family.

I’m passionate about discovering the multi-level interactions that shape our world. I love engaging others with the question ‘what shapes my experience, from the personal to the environmental’?

She partners with, and creates for, individuals who desire the inner authority and confidence to live a fulfilling life in all arenas. With a background in behavioral neuroscience and training in organizational change and leadership coaching from Northwestern University, it is her intention to disrupt the norms that reinforce the idea that embodied self-discovery, leadership, and fulfillment are reserved for those with higher levels of privilege and resources.
