A few fun facts
I’m passionate about creating spaces for people to think deeply, gain powerful insight, and create meaningful and lasting change for the well-being and the betterment of the self as well as the success of the organization.

I was born and raised in Southern California, but I am Korean by descent. My culture is an integration of all my life experiences but most influenced by my family background of Korean-American entrepreneurs as well as my spiritual beliefs and educational and professional background in coaching, therapy, and leadership development.

I have traveled to Germany, Bulgaria, China, Japan, South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, and England. I am fluent in English and Korean and speak intermediate Spanish.

Christina Kim brings 10 years of experience in building strong leadership and teams through consulting, workshops, coaching, and training. She is sought out for her ability to create effective and meaningful change. Christina has received her MBA from Pepperdine University and a Certificate in Psychological Science from UCI. She is also a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, a Certified Professional Coach, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Biola University. Christina’s portfolio of clients include Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, and national non-profits as well as educational institutions. Her passion is bringing solutions that not only increase work performance, but increase the well-being of both the employee and the organization.
