Beginning in July, the newly-dubbed Rework Workspace will be your bi-weekly resource for bridging the gap between DEI concepts and actual, concrete changes in your workplace. Each issue will focus on a tool or resource we’ve designed to facilitate the incremental changes required to make a whole, inclusive work environment. Our first issue will focus on my DEI Champion Toolbox, specifically designed to equip and empower leaders to interrupt biases and exclusion in their organizations.
