Simply Good: Women’s History Edition

This year marks the 33rd celebration of Women’s History Month in the United States. What started out as a day of observance in 1911 eventually became a week-long celebration in 1982. Today, countries all over the world spend 31 days each spring acknowledging the vital importance of women in history. Is it possible to fit all the historical contributions of women in a handful of weeks each year? Of course not; but any time spent looking back at what women have accomplished can only cultivate a stronger momentum for what women can—and will—do in the future. We hope you enjoy just a few of the stories that have inspired us in the last year.
