After several months in the making, we are so excited to announce that Rework Workspace is now live!
There are now four(!) spaces for you to explore, each jam-packed with tools and resources to help you build a better workplace. Membership to the Rework Workspace is absolutely free, as are several of the resources offered there.
Rework Workspace is also the place to sign up for Unconscious Inclusion, our signature course that helps leaders not only learn, but also practice skills that will lead to lasting workplace changes. Sitting in a workshop is one thing, but knowing how to apply those principles is another. Join our next Unconscious Inclusion cohort on September 19 to both learn and practice how to navigate difficult DEI conversations in your workplace. Even more exciting news, my brand-new LinkedIn course, Skills-First Recruiting with a DEI Mindset, just launched yesterday! If you’re a recruiter who’s struggling to work a diversity lens and skills component into your recruitment process, this is the course for you! We will address these complexities and equip you to incorporate these critical elements into your recruiting strategies. A lot of work goes into creating these courses and here’s a behind the scenes picture of me with Dawn (make-up artist) and Dominic (course producer).
