New LinkedIn Learning Course for Leaders

I am excited to announce that I have just launched a brand-new course on LinkedIn Learning!

The new course, Addressing Unconscious Bias as a Leader, was specifically designed for leaders looking to remove barriers and ensure equity throughout their organization. Launching from the concepts introduced in my Unconscious Bias course (which has now reached over one million learners!), my newest course provides tools and strategies to help leaders identify bias in their organization and take action to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

As part of the launch, I have also revised my Unconscious Bias course (did I mention that over one million people have taken it?). I’ve updated some of the content to better reflect current issues and situations both in and out of the workplace, so if it’s a been a while since you completed the course, maybe it’s time for refresher!

 

Finally, I’d like to personally thank those of you who have taken the step to increase your self-awareness by completing our Unconscious Bias course. I hope that it has not only equipped you to recognize unconscious biases and their destructive behaviors in your workplace, but also those that may be occurring in your relationships outside of work.
