Additionally, we’ll have crucial conversations about education, recruitment, and executive buy-in, emphasizing the value of diversity.
Sharing your challenges may feel uncomfortable at first, but it will not only create the opportunity for us to crowd-source potential solutions, but also provide valuable insights for your peers. Translation? A few minutes “in the hot seat” will impact all parties involved for the better.
